Each style service provided is to be agreed upon prior to the service commencing, unless the client books either one of, Wardrobe re-set or Colour analysis, directly through MP Styling’s website

4.1 Virtual style services

For Virtual style services; including Colour consultation, Wardrobe re-set and Special event styling, payment of the full service cost is due at time of booking.

As stated in the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which you are entitled to a refund of payment, minus a £50 admin fee, if you decide to cancel.

After 14 days the payment (full service cost) is non-refundable, but is transferrable to another date within 6 months of the cancelled session date.

4.1.1 Payment for services commenced during the cooling off period

In the event you have received any part of the service within the 14 days cooling off period, you are not entitled to a refund, as you will be considered having received the service.

4.2 Executive Style Transformation

Up to a 50% deposit is due and payable upon initial booking of your first session to confirm your date.

The balance payment for the service becomes due 72 hours before the first session. The client agrees to pay MP Styling the balance at least 72 hours before the first session unless an alternate agreement has been made in writing.

MP Styling will provide you with an invoice upon request.

4.2.1 Payment for services commenced during the cooling off period

In the event you have received any part of the service within the 14 days cooling off period, you must pay an amount for the service for the period for which it is supplied, ending with the time when we are informed of your decision to cancel. The amount is in proportion to what has been supplied in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. The amount is calculated on the basis of the total price quoted and agreed to between the parties in writing.

For avoidance of doubt the amount payable is in addition to the £50 admin fee referred to in clause 4.2.

4.3 All other services

For all other services payment of full balance is due at time of booking.

5.1 Virtual styling services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all virtual styling services will happen remotely, over zoom or a similar video conferencing platform.

5.1.1 Variation in writing

By written agreement between MP Styling and the client, virtual styling services can be performed in person for an additional fee agreed by the parties and in line with the following:

Sessions take place in central London (Zone 1 - 3)
If the client wishes to meet within London, but outside of Zone 1 - 3, the client will be responsible for any additional costs associated with travel, these will be agreed upon prior to booking

5.2 Executive style transformation

The Executive style transformation will consist of both in person and virtual sessions, with all in person sessions taking place in London unless otherwise agreed between MP Styling and the client in writing.

5.2.1 Variation in writing

By written agreement between MP Styling and the client, the Executive style transformation can be performed virtually or internationally for an additional fee agreed by the parties and in line with the following:

International travel is at the sole discretion of MP Styling
The client is responsible for any costs associated with travel, these will be agreed upon prior to booking

5.3 Other services

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties prior to booking, all other services will take place remotely by default.

Discounts and /or promotional offers by MP Styling, will only ever be generated by MP Styling and their use is permitted solely at the discretion of MP Styling.

MP Styling reserves the right to refuse any discount or promotional offers at their sole discretion
